- 4 Cups Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Irish Potatoes
- 4 Ozs Carrots
- 4 Ozs Onions
- 6½ Cups Vegetable Stock
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Heavy Cream (Optional)
- Bring all ingredients to a boil except heavy cream.
- When cooked, blend ingredients.
- Add heavy cream and season to taste.
