  • 4 Cups Pumpkin
  • 1 Cup Irish Potatoes
  • 4 Ozs Carrots
  • 4 Ozs Onions
  • 6½ Cups Vegetable Stock
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Heavy Cream (Optional)

Pumpkin Soup Recipe Ingredients


  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil except heavy cream.
  2. When cooked, blend ingredients.
  3. Add heavy cream and season to taste.
